Bank of India used the Z-CARD™ for a dual purpose. Although the primary benefit was to grant convenience to the customer by clubbing information on all their loan products into one, the logo showcasing their centenary year on the outer covers served to subtly remind the customer of the bank’s strong existence for long.
The Z-CARD™ served as a bouquet of personal banking solutions for the customers. Information on loans such as education, car, holiday, personal, mortgage, share trade were rolled into one.
